A Brief History of Food is a collection of essays, stories, and recipes of America’s culinary classics, written by Karen Miller. A freelance writer living in Northeast Florida, Miller specializes in food and lifestyle pieces. She also writes for the Amelia Islander Magazine, Jacksonville Magazine, and other publications. Miller teamed up with podcaster Ray Hollister after hearing his radio show, Deemable Tech, on WJCT 89.9 FM in Jacksonville.
